Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing and participating in the installation, maintenance, and removal of LED lighting systems and landscaping features across residential, commercial, or event properties. This role combines hands-on technical work with team leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to client specifications. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing both lighting installations and landscape maintenance tasks while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Lighting Installation:

Lead and supervise a team of light installers on-site Must be able to climb ladders and access rooftops for installation purposes Install and secure LED lighting fixtures based on project plans and safety protocols Run and connect wiring to power sources using appropriate electrical techniques Troubleshoot lighting systems and perform necessary repairs or adjustments Perform quality control checks to ensure all installations meet client and safety standards Ensure OSHA and electrical safety regulations are followed at all times Maintain inventory of lighting components, tools, and supplies Communicate progress and issues with clients, contractors, and internal teams Submit reports on job status, team performance, and project completion Train new team members in proper installation methods and safety procedures

Landscaping Leadership:

Oversee daily landscaping operations, including planting, trimming, mulching, and lawn care Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.) and ensure proper maintenance Ensure landscape design and lighting elements are properly integrated Monitor job site cleanliness and adherence to design plans Assign daily tasks and monitor team productivity and efficiency Address client concerns related to landscaping and lighting on-site

Qualifications:

Experience with LED lighting systems and basic electrical installation Prior experience in landscaping, including equipment operation and crew leadership Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and landscape design plans Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Comfortable working at heights and using ladders or lifts Familiarity with hand and power tools for both landscaping and lighting tasks Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to different job sites
