Reliable Signage & Lighting is hiring a full-time Field Technician to service commercial signage and lighting across Columbia and the greater Midlands area. You’ll be troubleshooting electrical issues, climbing into bucket trucks, and making things work—safely, efficiently, and with pride. If you’re dependable, hands-on, and ready to build a long-term career, this might be your seat.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Working from a bucket truck to repair signs, parking lot lights, and security lighting Diagnosing electrical issues and getting them fixed the right way Taking pride in the job—clean installs, clear follow-through, and customer trust Handling field work solo when needed, but always backing your team Staying sharp with tools, safety, and daily documentation. What You’ll Need to

Bring:

3+ years of experience in signage, lighting, electrical, or a related trade Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our Columbia, SC hub Confidence working at height (bucket trucks, ladders, roof access) A solid work ethic and the ability to take ownership in the field Clear communication—verbal, written, and digital.

What You’ll Get:

$22-26/hr starting base Full-time schedule

• 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday Local territory
