Job Summary Aurora Lighting is seeking a dedicated and skilled Gemstone Lights Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing customizable LED lighting systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Install Gemstone Lights systems on homes and businesses according to company standards and customer specifications. Climb ladders and work at heights to access installation areas, such as soffits and eaves. Use power tools and hand tools to complete installations safely and efficiently. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. Follow installation plans and adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment. Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure operational efficiency. Travel to various job sites as required, using reliable personal transportation.
Requirements Physical Capability:
Ability to climb ladders, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools.
Customer Service:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients professionally.
Transportation:
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Experience:

Compensation Starting Pay:

Post-Training Pay:
Upon completion of training and acquisition of personal truck and tools, compensation transitions to a rate based on the linear footage of lights installed.

Installation Process:
