Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Commercial Operations Leader to drive execution of high-priority initiatives supporting the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This role combines commercial strategy, operational rigor, and cross-functional leadership to accelerate business growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance internal alignment across the commercial organization. Acting as a trusted advisor to the CCO, this leader will guide key commercial transformation efforts, manage critical initiatives across functions such as partnerships, annual planning, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Duties & Responsibilities Lead the execution of high-impact commercial initiatives across partnerships, pipeline generation, and customer engagement. Drive rollout of scalable tools and processes, including enhanced deal desk capabilities and sales enablement assets. Manage engagements with key partners to ensure aligned execution and performance tracking. Coordinate annual commercial planning and ensure alignment to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) across functions. Track progress against commercial goals, manage risks, and ensure clear, timely communication with leadership. Analyze performance data and deliver insights to support decision-making and optimize commercial outcomes. Oversee customer value realization and key executive engagement programs (e.g., Top 100 CIO initiatives). Serve as a strategic advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer on planning, prioritization, and performance. Drive collaboration across departments including Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure cohesive execution. Develop and manage executive materials including dashboards, business reviews, and board updates. Skills Required 7-10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, operations, transformation, or program management within SaaS, healthcare, or B2B services industries. Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact. Strong business acumen and familiarity with go-to-market models, partnership/channel ecosystems, and sales enablement strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree required.
