Job Summary The Associate Director, Commercial Forecasting and Analytics, ensures accurate development and timely delivery of the US Commercial financial submissions and performance analysis. This is a highly visible and key role on the US Commercial team, reporting to the VP, Commercial Forecasting and Analytics, while working closely with other US and Global teams/individuals. The ideal candidate needs to pay close attention to detail, be strong analytically, with high collaboration skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines. The AD should have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the US Gx Pharmaceutical industry and the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently across all levels within the organization. Job Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Commercial business partner for all US Commercial financial submissions
Lead the development of the US Commercial financial forecasts through strong collaborative efforts and relationships with other US teams
Deliver timely and accurate in-depth financial projections and analysis to internal teams and leadership to support our strategic and financial goals
Partner and develop strong relationships with other key teams/individuals to lead the planning, analytical and submission processes for the US portfolio to Global Finance
Attend and actively participate in various reoccurring and ad hoc meetings (DR, IR, BO, etc.) to ensure projections are incorporating the most recent data and intel
Monitor and track actuals vs. projections, over multiple time periods throughout the year, providing updates and guidance on performance, with insights and recommendations to bridge any variances
Present submissions to US leadership team for alignment and approval
Support the preparation of executive presentations and other ad hoc analysis as required
Support business partners with data and analysis on their operational & financial KPIs as needed
Ensure processes are relevant and up to date, continuously reviewing to improve efficiencies
Ensures compliance with all Company policies and procedures including safety rules and regulations.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field.
MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong people skills and a proven track record of collaboration and relationship building
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project as well as experience with reporting tools like SAP Business Warehouse, Qlik, Salesforce, etc.
Comfortable working with large volumes of complex data and presenting analysis.
Strong analytical and financial modeling background and experience.
Ability to organize, prioritize and deliver on commitments.
Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at one time.
Should be flexible in managing projects.
Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
Will possess strong business ethics for handling confidential information.
Experience
4 + years of experience working with Commercial financial submission and projections
Experience in the generic pharmaceutical industry preferred.
