This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing strategy, execution, and performance across our commercial portfolio. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in leasing, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving occupancy and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the commercial leasing strategy to maximize occupancy, rental income, and tenant quality Lead and mentor a team of leasing professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management Oversee the marketing and positioning of all vacant properties, working closely with internal teams and external brokers Manage high-value lease negotiations and ensure lease terms align with company goals and financial targets Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing tenants, brokers, and community stakeholders Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust leasing strategies as needed Ensure CRM systems (e.g., Monday.com) are utilized effectively for pipeline and performance tracking Provide regular reporting on leasing performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership Collaborate cross-functionally with property management, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth lease execution and handoffs Maintain a deep understanding of local market dynamics and real estate regulations Ensure all leasing activities align with brand standards and company values Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial leasing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, lease structures, and tenant relations Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field required; MBA or relevant certification preferred Demonstrated success in developing and executing leasing strategies for commercial assets Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Proficiency in CRM and leasing software; experience with Monday.com is a plus Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Professional development and advancement opportunities Schedule Monday to Friday Full-time, in-office role (not remote)
