The company currently owns and operates 15 regional malls across the country occupying nearly 13 million square feet of retail space. A qualified candidate has experience with and a good understanding of commercial leases, title review, estoppels, SNDAs, outparceling, some corporate structuring, etc. You will be exposed to the biggest national retailers and mall owners.
