This role balances artistic leadership and production logistics in a shared structure with a counterpart—each bringing their strengths to create transformational theater experiences for young performers. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a creative, educational, and community-driven environment, and who is excited to mentor students while delivering high-quality Shakespearean and classical theater productions.

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics, Operations & CommunicationsQualifications:

Experience in theater direction, administration, education, and/or youth programming. Passion for Shakespeare and classical theater. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate in a co-director model. Excellent communicator with students, families, and staff. Technical production knowledge a strong plus
