Our client is currently seeking a Commercial Lines Insurance Producers for a full-time position.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored commercial insurance solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate risk management and insurance coverage options.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach. Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients across various industries. Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage. Prepare and present insurance proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales. Collaborate with account managers and underwriters to ensure seamless policy servicing. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Participate in community and industry events to promote the agency and build brand awareness.
Qualifications:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (required). 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field. Strong understanding of commercial insurance products (e.g., general liability, property, workers’ compensation, commercial auto). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
