We’re looking for a Talent Director who is both strategic and hands-on—ready to lead in recruiting, development, and training across two dynamic Chick-fil-A locations (West Boca Raton and Town Center Mall). Role:
The Talent Director is responsible for the full talent lifecycle—from attracting top-tier candidates to developing leaders within our team. This role blends hiring, accountability, leadership development, and training management, ensuring our people and processes reflect operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Development Lead recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for both locations Oversee onboarding, orientation, and early development of all new hires Manage internal promotions and build leadership pipelines Track performance, support team member growth, and implement accountability systems Facilitate performance evaluations and leadership interviews Training Oversight & Development Own the training plan across both stores Identify training needs and clearly communicate expectations to both team members and leaders Ensure all new hires understand and complete self-led training milestones on time Post monthly training class opportunities and encourage ongoing learning Regularly highlight helpful tools and resources to support continued team development Director & Leadership Support Hold Directors accountable to developmental one-on-ones with Assistant Directors, and ensure ADs meet with Shift Leads regularly Collaborate on team growth plans and follow up on progress Work with Directors to set up group rollouts for new products or procedures when needed Note – This position will require about 75% of time either working in Operations (Front of House or Back of House) or training thoroughout the restaurant.
