Casting Director Streamlined Podcasts Atlanta, GA Streamlined Media LLC is looking for a Casting Director to manage talent acquisition and coordination for multiple VSL productions. We require an experienced Casting Director with 3+ years in talent recruiting or casting. This fast-paced role requires exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

Core Responsibilities:

Spearhead talent scouting, vetting, and casting for VSL productions Manage project pipeline logistics across multiple concurrent productions Coordinate talent scheduling, transportation, and documentation Maintain and grow talent database Support the production coordination team with documentation and scheduling

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in talent recruiting or casting Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects Proficiency in casting software and project management tools Excellence in timeline management and resource allocation Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Success Metrics:

Maintain 20+ pre-vetted talents ready for consideration Deliver initial talent options within 24 hours of brief receipt Achieve 90%+ pipeline project readiness Ensure zero talent-related production delays Process all documentation within the same business day Grow talent database by 20% quarterly

Work Environment:
