Christ Community Church in Taunton, MA is looking for their next Youth Director to join their team and lead the middle and high school students with purpose, energy, and Gospel-centered intentionality. This role is all about relational leadership—connecting with students, partnering with parents, and building a volunteer team that can help disciple students in a real and lasting way. The Youth Director will oversee weekly programming, coordinate impactful events throughout the year, and multiply healthy student groups that create space formunity and growth. Stronganizational skills and the ability to lead through others—especially when ites to empowering adult leaders to make a difference is what you’ll need.
