This role will oversee centralized commercial analytics functions across the region, driving actionable insights to help shape strategy, unlock revenue growth, support consumer engagement, and overall market expansion. The ideal candidate combines deep analytics expertise with a strong understanding of regional business dynamics in the retail and sports/sportswear industry. This position plays a key role in aligning the regional analytics agenda with the global enterprise analytics community of practice, ensuring best-in-class methodologies, tools, and standards are consistently applied across the commercial organization. Your Impact Strategic Leadership

• Lead the regional commercial analytics strategy to support revenue optimization, pricing, promotional effectiveness, assortment and category prioritization, and consumer insights.
• Partner with senior leadership to influence commercial decisions with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with the SVP, Strategy, Go-To-Market, & Analytics on key initiatives, providing analytical support for strategic planning and execution. Analytics Function Oversight
• Build and manage a high-performing analytics team responsible for del
