Position Overview BGBGroup is seeking a Director, Digital Production to oversee theexecution of digital projects, ensuring seamless workflow,high-quality deliverables, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
This role is pivotal in coordinating cross-functionalteams-including designers, developers, content strategists, andaccount leads—to manage digital production processes across web,social, email, and other digital marketing channels. The idealcandidate is a highly organized problem-solver with a deepunderstanding of digital production, project management, andstakeholder collaboration. This role requires technicalproficiency, a strong creative eye, and a results-driven mindset toensure successful execution of BGB’s digital initiatives. RoleRequirements Digital Production & Project Management
- Oversee theend-to-end Lead and manage the full lifecycle of production ofdigital asset productions, including websites, banner ads, emails,and interactive media.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables,and resources to ensure efficient execution and on-time delivery.
- Implement and oversee approval workflows, ensuring quality controlat each production phase.
- Act as a central point of coordinationbetween creative, development, and account teams, ensuringalignment on objectives and requirements. Client & StakeholderCollaboration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clientsand internal teams during digital production phases, providingupdates and gathering feedback.
- Collaborate with accountmanagement and strategy teams to translate client goals intoactionable digital solutions.
- Maintain clear documentation ofclient requirements, project specifications, and productiontimelines. Technical & Creative Oversight
- Ensure digitaldeliverables adhere to brand guidelines, UX/UI best practices, andaccessibility standards.
- Work closely with designers anddevelopers to maintain quality, consistency, and functionalityacross digital assets.
- Oversee front-end and back-end productiontasks, including asset integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility throughrigorous quality assurance (QA) processes. Process Optimization &Innovation
- Identify opportunities to enhance digital productionefficiency through process improvements and technology adoption.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends, platforms, and productiontechniques to drive innovation.
- Work with internal teams toestablish and refine best practices and workflows for scalabledigital production. Budget & Resource Management
- Oversee projectbudgets, tracking costs and optimizing resource allocation.
- Manage vendor relationships and external production partners whennecessary.
- Provide cost estimates and production forecasts toproject and account management teams. Team Leadership
- Lead,mentor, and develop a team of digital production managers,coordinators, and cross-functional team members.
- Collaborate withsenior leadership, creative, technology, and other agency teams toensure production aligns with broader business goals.
- Influencecompany-wide digital strategy and roadmaps, ensuring alignment withcapabilities and efficiencies.
- Manage escalations and proactivelyidentify potential risks in processes; implement and advisemitigation strategies Preferred Qualifications Experience
- 8 yearsof experience in digital production, project management, or asimilar role in a creative agency, digital marketing, or mediaproduction environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple digitalprojects simultaneously, from concept to execution.
- Experience inhealthcare, pharma, or regulated industries is a plus. Technical &Functional Skills
- Strong proficiency in digital production toolssuch as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and CMS platforms.
- Understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript,and digital ad formats.
- Experience with project management tools(e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
- Knowledge of
SEO,UX/UI
best practices, and accessibility guidelines.
- Familiaritywith marketing automation tools and content management systems.

Salary Range:
$120,000-$150,000 The salary range provided is for the Kansas City,MO hybrid position, which requires occasional in-office presence,and represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in thisrole at BGB. For candidates in other locations, salary will beadjusted to reflect local market rates. Actual salary decisionswill be influenced by several factors that we use to determineoverall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect),education, training, demonstrated qualifications, andorganizational need. Salary is only one component of the totalrewards package offered at BGB Group.
