In this role, you’ll manage vendor negotiations, guide contract analysts, and collaborate with teams across Supply Chain, Maintenance, Air Operations, and HR. Your leadership will help shape key purchasing decisions and ensure vendor performance aligns with our goals.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor a team of contract analysts. Develop RFPs/RFQs in partnership with internal stakeholders. Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms. Track and optimize vendor performance using KPIs and core metrics.

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree. Airline Transport Pilot certificate and 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role. 5-8 years of pilot experience, with 3+ years as PIC under Part 135 or 121. Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation safety practices. Experience with technical writing. Must meet

CFR 119.67

(a) Director of Operations qualifications. Background in airline management or instructing. Fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
