We seek a dynamic and experienced Director of ProfessionalServices, to join our Services team. This role will cover theAmericas, the Commercial segment of the business, focused ondelightful customer experience, scoping and delivering services todrive business outcomes, and accelerating the customer journey withPendo. You will partner with cross-functional leaders in sales,solutions engineering, customer success, and other Servicesleaders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record inleading professional services teams within the SaaS industry andworking with commercial and midmarket customers. This role willreport directly to the Vice President, Professional Services(Global). Role Responsibilities

    Leadership and Strategy:

    Lead theProfessional Services team of consultants, project managers, andManagers to deliver exceptional customer experience.

    • Sales andRevenue management – responsible for booking and revenue goals forthe theater/segment.
    • Team management – drive productivity andutilization of the team to exceed company goals.
    • Profit and Loss(P&L)
    Management:

    Ensure services revenue and cost is drivingprofitability within the theater/segment.

    • Services Leadership -Act as a key stakeholder in driving process improvements and newservice offerings to help Pendo customers get value.
    TeamDevelopment and Growth:

    Recruit, mentor, and develop ahigh-performing team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement,evolution, and professional growth. Balance time effectivelybetween our recurring services offerings, one-time servicesofferings, and transformational services offerings.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

      Work closely with Sales, CustomerSuccess, and Product teams to align strategies and ensure cohesivegrowth and customer success. Create short-term programs to redeploycustomers who need a value reset.

    Customer RelationshipManagement:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with keyclients, understanding their needs and ensuring their success withPendos platform and offers. Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’sdegree in Business, Management, or a related field; Master’s degreepreferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in professionalservices, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a SaaScompany.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing consulting teams anddelivering services to Enterprise customers
    • Proven ability tolead and scale professional services teams in a high-growthenvironment.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, motivation, andstrategic thinking skills.
    • Deep understanding of the SaaSindustry and customer value dynamics.
    • Strong ability to workcross-functionally with all areas of the overall business.
    • Success record of growth and supporting multiple segments ofservices business Preferred Qualifications
    • Worked within apre-IPO stage startup environment with the ability to execute at afast pace
    • Worked in leading technical teams and can communicatetechnical differentiators and scope large complex engagements.
