Restaurant Talent Management Director Chick-Fil-A Nanuet Nanuet, NY 10954 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that our HR strategy aligns with the overall business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, and performance management. Duties Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Oversee employee performance evaluations and provide guidance on performance improvement plans. Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development. Handle employee relations issues with a focus on conflict resolution and negotiation. Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with labor laws. Lead social media management efforts to promote company culture and attract top talent. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Oversee Team Member care program. Experience Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence at all levels of the organization. Experience in lead generation strategies for recruitment purposes. Familiarity with social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment outreach. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
