TheAmazon, Digital Media Director•apart of our Optimization &Innovation team•will manage a team of up to 15 digital mediaexperts and be accountable for the success of multiple ecommerceclient relationships. As a client leader, you’ll be responsible fordeeply understanding clients’ business issues and goals and serveas the client advisor, with a specific focus on Amazon advertisingstrategies and tactics. In this exciting role, you will inspireyour team to constantly deliver excellence, campaign innovation,and tangible business impact for clients. You’ll oversee thedevelopment of sophisticated media plans, leverage industryrelationships for media buying, ensure flawless execution ofdigital campaigns, and drive in-depth analysis to measure andenhance results in retail media, particularly on Amazon. Thisposition demands strong quantitative and communication skills, asense of personal accountability, a passion for delivering clientimpact, and a desire to be part of a tightly-knit team that aims totransform the industry.
What You Will Do:
Responsible for being astrategic expert on Amazon advertising and guiding the team(internal and client) through Amazon media planning, tacticselection, partner negotiation, campaign design, and measurementAct as a senior point of contact for assigned client(s), withaccountability for client success; regularly interfacing withclient leadership and internal executive leadership Partner withclients to understand their business goals, marketing objectives,and competitive constraints, and build digital strategies toaddress these areas Support the partnership with Pacvue / Skai,providing input to strategic partnerships and innovationopportunities Directly lead a team of up to 15 Managers, SeniorAnalysts and Analysts, providing strategic guidance through thedevelopment of granular and innovative campaigns Provide ad hocbusiness development support for new business opportunities Codifyand share best practices across teams
Desired Skills andExperience:
8-10 years of experience in performance and retailmedia advertising•sponsored ads and DSP preferred Proven abilityto lead and manage executive-level client relationships Leverage adeep understanding of the Amazon advertising landscape to act as asubject matter expert for internal and external teams Experienceworking with tools such as Skai or Helium10 and platforms such asPacvue (preferred) Experience leading cross-functional teams, bothdirectly and indirectly, with a proven ability to develop juniorstaff Ability to apply innovative thinking to solve complex clientmarketing challenges. Strong analytical skills•comfortable usingExcel for data analysis with an understanding of advanced analyticapproaches. $140,900•$173,000
Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus:
