We’re looking for a trailblazing Senior Director of Omnichannel Planning & Media to architect the future of how our beloved brands—like Utz, Zapp’s, Boulder Canyon, and On the Border—show up in the world. What You’ll Do:

The Senior Director of Omnichannel Planning & Media will lead the development and execution of comprehensive media strategies that drive brand equity, consumer engagement, and business results across all channels. This role will also lead the integrated marketing planning process to design holistic marketing plans that translate brand strategies into actionable plans across media, shopper and brand communications teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing planning, omnichannel strategy and digital marketing & media landscape with a proven track record of driving successful omnichannel campaigns.

Essential Functions:

Lead the Integrated Marketing Planning process to ensure Omnichannel Media, Shopper Marketing & Brand Communications are planned & developed holistically (process supported by VP Shopper Marketing and Director Marketing Communications).
Develop and implement comprehensive Omnichannel media strategies that deliver on business objectives and align with brand goals and sales & customer strategies. Act as Marketing lead for the cross-functional Omnichannel business transformation project, coordinating project with Transformation Office and other cross-functional leaders. Work with agencies to lead media planning and execution process, translating brand strategies into actionable media approaches. Manage the media budget, ensuring optimal allocation and efficient use of resources. Oversee the development and execution of media plans, including digital, social, TV/OTT, retail media & innovative new channels. Oversee the development of omnichannel content to ensure excellence across the digital shelf and all consumer shopping platforms. Establish clear KPIs and ensure flawless execution from strategy to deployment. Lead campaign measurement, reporting, and insights to inform continuous improvement. Champion new ways to connect with consumers through innovative formats, partnerships, and emerging platforms. Manage and mentor a growing internal team responsible for omnichannel marketing excellence .

Education and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in marketing planning, digital marketing, or a related field, with a focus on omnichannel strategies. Proven track record of developing and executing successful media campaigns that drive business results. Experience managing budgets and optimizing resource allocation. Strong understanding of integrated planning, digital marketing, and consumer behavior. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights Why Utz?
