Sports Director at the YMCA! Are you passionate about youth sports and love inspiring young athletes? We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic Sports Director to lead our youth sports programming at the Brentwood YMCA.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be the heart of our youth sports programs, creating safe, fun, and inclusive experiences for kids across Middle Tennessee. From planning leagues and organizing practices to developing coaches and collaborating with community partners, you’ll make a lasting impact on young lives.
What You’ll Bring:
Minimum age: 18 High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for a bachelor’s degree!). 2-3 years of experience in program management and staff supervision. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Tech-savviness (think Microsoft Office). A flexible schedule to support evening and weekend activities.
