Charge out, pack, and ship orders in a timely manner.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Conduct keyword research for SEO optimization.
Coordinate with other departments to determine marketing needs.
Write and schedule social media posts and email blasts on behalf of the Auburn University Bookstore.
Photograph and edit lifestyle and product images for social media and the website.
Shoot and edit video for social media and the website.
Design, produce, and write effective copy for marketing collateral such as ads, social media graphics, the website, and in-store signage.
Coordinate and work marketing events and promotions, including Camp War Eagle sessions.
