Monaco Ford is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Inventory Manager/Photographer to join our team. This role combines the creativity of photography with the organization of merchandising and the hands-on responsibilities of a lot attendant. What We Offer Competitive, rewarding compensation package Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation time Training and ongoing development Career growth opportunities Employee vehicle purchase plans Discounts on products and services Wellness programs Camera equipment provided by the dealership What You’ll Do Work primarily outdoors to photograph and process images of vehicle inventory Capture and upload high-quality images for online listings and condition reports Ensure timely and accurate merchandising of all vehicles (signage, stickers, etc.) Collaborate with Sales Managers to write and upload vehicle descriptions Process vehicles through our photo booth and re-image substandard photos when needed Assist in new vehicle prep and maintain lot presentation standards Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment What We’re Looking For Experience or interest in photography (professional or hobbyist) Tech-savvy with basic computer skills Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills Professional appearance and self-motivated work ethic Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Proactive attitude and willingness to grow in the role
