Visit properties in Tampa (addresses will be provided) and take high-quality photos and videos as instructed. You’ll need to be comfortable using your own smartphone and have a good eye for detail.

Property Showings:

On occasion, I will need you to meet potential investors at a property and give them a brief tour. You’ll be provided with information about the property beforehand. You should be comfortable interacting with people and representing the property professionally.

Requirements:

• Must be reliable and punctual.
