The below role will primarily be focused on Real Estate Photography & Videography , however there are opportunities to grow within the company beyond this. Job Summary We are seeking a creative and skilled Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for capturing properties & stories through the lens, with expertise in both photography and videography. This role involves working on various projects, from real estate listings to construction sites, and from events to small businesses. This role does not require any editing. The Photographer will play a crucial role in enhancing our visual storytelling and brand presence across multiple platforms. Our ideal candidate will have a drone license or be willing to obtain one quickly. It is important to understand that this role comes with a lot of driving, so be comfortable with that. You will be compensated for gas, mileage, and have opportunities for weekly and monthly bonuses. Responsibilities Capture high-quality photographs and videos for various projects Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver results that meet their expectations. Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and equipment to continually improve skills and service offerings. Assist in sales efforts by showcasing portfolio work to clients and up-selling services while on-site. Requirements Proven experience in photography with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and techniques – preferably real estate. Experience in videography is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. A keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory; enthusiasm for promoting photography services is essential. Join us as we capture moments that matter!

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday No nights On call Weekends as needed Application Question(s): Do you currently hold a FAA Drone License? Are you a licensed operator? Do you have reliable transportation and will you get frustrated after a long day with a lot of driving from location-to-location? You will be required to get yourself from shoot-to-shoot in a timely manner. Do you have high-speed internet at your home? You will not be required to do post-production editing, however you will be required to upload all raw content at the end of each day. What part of town do you live in? We actively try to keep your “territory” as close to your home base as possible. Do you have any experience shooting on a Sony camera? Are you willing to attend networking events and help grow the business outside of providing excellent service?
