The ideal candidate will have a passion for photography and a keen eye for detail, specializing in capturing stunning images of residential and commercial properties. This role requires a blend of technical skills and artistic vision to produce high-quality photographs that enhance property listings and attract potential buyers. Duties Capture high-quality images of properties, including interiors, exteriors, and unique features. Utilize advanced photography techniques to highlight the best aspects of each property. NO EDITING.. we have a in house editor. Looking for a photographer that’s able to drive from house to house We cover a large territory and depending on how the Realtor schedule the appointments sometimes we’re driving far distance as at a time. Our typical zone if looking at a map is as far north is Brooksville as far east as Lakeland as far south as Palmetto and as far west as the coast. Any appointments scheduled past those location locations have included travel fee typically ranging from $75-$150 per appointment added to your commission pay Commission starting is 40% per which can average anywhere from $70-$130 We will start you off doing photos, drone photography (we can supply a drone if needed) and 3d tours (we can supply the 3d camera) drone pilot license is needed. If you do not have one, but you’re interested in taking this job we can pay for your classes and the first test payment. Experience Proven experience in photography, particularly in real estate or architectural photography is preferred.. Familiarity with film techniques is a plus but not mandatory. Strong understanding of color management principles and practices. Sales experience is advantageous for effectively communicating with clients and understanding their needs.
