Schedule:
THURSDAY & FRIDAY
hours 7:30am to 6:00pm (2 days) (this is 10 1/2 hours per day)
SATURDAY
hours 9:00am to 5:00pm (8 hours)
Duties Include:
(but not limited to) Answer phones promptly with a clear, pleasant voice and have good communication skills. (sometimes high volume) Use paging system, voice mail and messaging. Greet customers with a personable smile and helpful attitude directing them to the appropriate department or sales associate. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, willing to learn dealership software) Accurate Data Entry. Record keeping of sales staff and customers.
Paperwork:
Stock in new vehicles, requires accurate, neat handwriting with attention to detail. Processing correspondence. Keep files organized of vehicles expected to arrive, rentals and in-stock. Use copy & fax machines. And assorted other duties. Professionalism and willingness to learn a must. Maintain a safe and clean reception area. There is an employee purchase program available to you.
