The Role We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals to join our team as School Photographers. No experience? No problem! If you have a great attitude, love working with students, and aren’t afraid to be a little silly to get that perfect smile, we’ll teach you the rest. Our training program will get you camera-ready in no time. What You’ll Do Create a fun, relaxed experience for students of all ages in front of the camera Use company-provided equipment to take high-quality school portraits Travel to schools and events in your assigned area Prep and test gear before shoots to ensure smooth sessions Follow our streamlined workflows to stay organized and efficient Work closely with school staff, students, and parents in a professional, friendly manner Assist in equipment setup and breakdown at each location Participate in training and professional development sessions What We’re Looking For Age 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent Willing and able to pass background screening Early Mornings Outgoing, kid-friendly personality Great communication and people skills Coachable and eager to learn Comfortable with light lifting (up to 40 lbs) and being on your feet for extended periods Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation Willingness to travel locally (some overnight or air travel possible) Perks & Benefits Biweekly pay Full photography training provided Performance incentives & merit reviews Employee recognition & referral bonuses Opportunities for career growth Fun, creative work environment Let’s Make Picture Day Fun Again!
