What You’ll Do Plan, shoot, and edit brand, lifestyle, product, and corporate event photography Own the full production cycle: pre-production mood boards, on-site lighting, post-production color grading, and file delivery Collaborate with designers, strategists, and developers to ensure imagery aligns with campaign goals, web layouts, and accessibility guidelines Maintain a consistent visual style across multi-channel assets (web, social, email, print) Manage gear, studio space, props, and vendor rentals within budget Produce short form b-roll/video snippets when needed for social and web motion graphics Archive and tag assets in our DAM so the whole team can find and reuse your work quickly Must-Have Qualifications 5+ yrs professional commercial or brand photography with an online portfolio that shows range and storytelling skill Expertise with DSLR/mirrorless bodies, studio & location lighting, and tethered shooting workflows Advanced Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop (or Capture One) retouching chops Strong composition, color, and visual narrative instincts—plus the ability to explain those choices to non-creatives Reliable transportation for on-location shoots in South Florida and flexible scheduling (occasional evenings/weekends) Able to occasionally travel for shoots outside the South Florida area Nice-to-Have Experience directing on-camera talent and styling products or flat-lays Basic video capture/editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve) FAA Part 107 certification for drone work Familiarity with CRO/UX principles so imagery supports conversions Benefits & Perks Competitive salary + project bonuses Hybrid flexibility Four-day core workweek with Flexible Fridays Paid certifications & workshops—grow your craft on our dime PTO, paid holidays, and a recharge week every December Small, senior team means your creative voice won’t get buried in red tape Employment type: Contract (project-based) or Part-Time (20-30 hrs/week) Ready to Our Clients Look Unforgettable?
