An accurate estimate must be provided in order to be hired. Many pieces were damaged in the hurricanes so I would like to simplify and just redo using the pieces that are already here. We live right near the Lowes on 22nd Ave, so it is possible you will need to make a trip for concrete and replacement wood posts and I would pay for those directly with Lowes. Please factor the possibility of that hour trip in with your estimate. The photos should provide what is needed for anyone experienced. Those who know what they are doing will be able to provide a realistic amount. Being that this is craigslist, please understand that if you send an estimate and choose to take the gig, of course you can choose to not take the job if you arrive and photos were not accurate. If you arrive and increase the amount, I will have zero problem thanking you for swinging by and I will contact the next person. Thank you for understanding, this is a no-game-playing gig.
