Photographer Blue Collar Media Group 434 Black Springs Lane, Altamonte Springs, FL 34787 Job Summary We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for capturing stunning images and a strong understanding of both photography and post-production processes. This role requires a keen eye for detail, artistic direction, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members to produce high-quality visual content and the availability to travel. Duties Capture high-quality photographs for various projects, including events, portraits, products, and editorial assignments. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each shoot. Utilize advanced photography techniques and equipment to achieve desired results. Conduct post-production work, including photo editing and retouching using Adobe Creative Suite. Manage color correction and ensure consistency across all images. Assist in art direction during shoots to create visually compelling compositions. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in photography and video production. Maintain an organized archive of photographs for easy access and retrieval. Participate in sales efforts by showcasing portfolio work to potential clients. Requirements Proven experience in photography with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in styles. Proficiency in post-production techniques, including photo editing and color management. Familiarity with video production is a plus. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Lightroom. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. A background in journalism or storytelling through visual media is preferred but not required.
