Job Description:

Photography Execution & Field Operations Observe and refine photo day execution at schools and studios to ensure smooth, efficient, and student-friendly processes. Ensure Northeast Florida/Southeast Georgia teams and studios are aligned with company standards and continuously improving. Work with the scheduling team to match photographers with appropriate accounts based on personality, skillset, and account needs. Identify and resolve operational gaps in field photography that impact customer satisfaction or brand perception. Photographer Engagement & Coaching (In-field) Serve as a real-time resource and support for photographers during the busy season—offering guidance, encouragement, and coaching in collaboration with the Training Manager. Lead the hiring, onboarding, and development of the Northeast Florida/Southeast Georgia photography and studio teams. Support ongoing evaluation of photographer performance, especially in the assigned territory, flagging strengths and areas for development to the Training and Quality Manager. Studio Oversight Oversee the performance, presentation, and customer experience of Leonard’s senior studios in the Northeast Florida/Southeast Georgia region. Ensure each studio location is maintained with consistent quality, aesthetics, and operational excellence. Partner with the Culture & Experience Coordinator and Customer Experience team to troubleshoot and improve flow, environment, and client journey. Customer Experience Support (On-Site) Act as a liaison for key schools to ensure Leonard’s photo experience aligns with each campus’s culture and expectations. Provide onsite support during photo events and studio sessions to model excellent flow and service. Collaborate with the Culture & Experience Coordinator when needed to align customer service delivery with company culture and brand. Collaboration & Cross-Department Alignment Coordinate with the Photography Training & Quality Manager to ensure field coaching and operational improvements align with training goals. Partner with the Culture & Experience Coordinator to ensure studio and on-site customer experiences are culturally aligned and consistent. Provide feedback and insight to Sales and Account Management on photographer assignments, school expectations, and regional improvements.

Requirements:

Previous experience in photography preferred, but not required Management or leadership experience preferred, but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Reliable transportation and availability to work both weekdays and Saturdays.
