Where the guest is key, every action you take is to enhance the guest experience. In the arcade, that starts with a game tech, making sure that games are functional, safe, and paying out tickets correctly Secondary Game Technician, to cover when the primary is not on site, as well as assist the primary in major projects. The Game Technician maintains all gaming systems, to include the bumper cars and laser tag systems. The Game Technician may also work in positions throughout the arcade to help ensure the best guest experience possible. The Secondary Game Technician will train with the primary tech to diagnose and repair the arcade cabinets, lasertag, and bumper cars.
