Join our team at Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More, a boutique garment store specializing in creating unique and customized apparel for our clients. Located in Dunwoody Village, we’re looking for an outgoing team member. As a Production & Sales Specialist, your primary focus will be screen printing ( DTG, DTF ) and on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. You’ll collaborate closely with customers to bring their ideas to life, creating captivating designs using graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDraw. Prior graphic design work experience is preferred; we welcome individuals with a passion for design, whether gained through classes or personal projects.

Responsibilities:

• Complete production orders daily & oversee printing process
• Collaborate with customers to create designs that exceed their expectations.
• Integrate designs into Big Frog templates
• Provide customers with information about our diverse product and service offerings.
• Utilize the Big Frog POS system for seamless management of customer transactions.
• Greet customers warmly, handle phone calls professionally, and respond to emails in a courteous manner.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, including unpacking boxes, checking packing slips, and stocking shelves (ability to lift 30 to 40 lbs is required).
• Actively support marketing activities, including community engagement, festival participation, scratch pad marketing, and idea generation.
• Other duties as needed.
