We are a growing marketing brand looking for a motivated and creative Associate Photographer and Content Creator to join our team. We specialize in real estate, branding, and lifestyle, and we’re passionate about delivering high-quality visuals and authentic stories for our clients.
Position Overview:
We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and can work independently without constant supervision. You must have a knack for creating engaging social media content, and the drive to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with photography sessions and train to capture real estate photography. Capture behind-the-scenes content during shoots for social media use. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Manage social media platforms by posting, interacting with followers, and tracking engagement. Edit photos and videos for client delivery and marketing purposes. Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms. Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and campaign ideas. Meet deadlines with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality work.
What We’re Looking For:
Skills in photography (experience preferred but willing to train the right creative eye how loves home design). Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (Canva, Instagram Reels, etc.). Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once. Ability to work quickly without sacrificing attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset. Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends if needed. Must have reliable transportation.
Bonus if you have:
Experience with Lightroom, Photoshop, or short-form video editing apps. Past work experience in content creation, marketing, or photography.
Compensation:
Hourly rate based on experience, with growth potential.
