Seven Roads Media is seeking a Creative Specialist (CS) who thrives on building client relationships and delivering exceptional service. As part of a rapidly growing real estate media team, you’ll play a dynamic role in producing stunning real estate marketing solutions. From capturing property visuals to directing agents and enhancing brand value, each day with us is unique. Key Responsibilities Client Relationships :
Build and maintain client relationships with accountability, knowledge, and professionalism.
Real Estate Media Production :
Oversee projects from start to finish, including photography, videography, 3D scanning, aerial drone shots, and floorplans.
Creative Strategy :
Conduct strategy calls to understand client needs, setting yourself up as a creative expert.
In-Field Execution :
Communicate vision and expectations to clients, and deliver in-field upgrades where applicable.
Equipment Management :
Prepare and organize your own gear to ensure quality and efficiency in every shoot.
Time Management :
Maintain calendar accuracy, upload footage daily by 9:00 pm, and prepare for each day’s shoots.
Team Collaboration :
Operate effectively within a team and independently, sharing your knowledge with others.
Qualifications & Requirements Creative Expertise :
2-3 years of experience in photography, videography, and drone operations. No editing required!
Client-Focused :
Excellent customer service skills and a knack for building client relationships.
Required Gear :
Full-frame camera with wide-angle lens (10-16mm) and a 3-axis gimbal. Candidates without these essential tools will not be considered.
Technical Skills :
Familiarity with Google Workspace and file management systems.
Growth Mindset :
Seeks feedback regularly, striving for improvement both individually and as part of a team.
Travel & Reliability :
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required. Proximity to
Work :
Candidates should live within 10 miles of Springfield, MA. Bonus Points FAA Part 107
Drone License :
Preferred for aerial work.
Real Estate Media Experience :
Prior experience in real estate media, personal branding, or wedding videography.
Advanced Technical Knowledge :
Expertise in studio lighting, portrait photography, and flash usage. Physical Requirements Moving about various worksites, adjusting/moving objects up to 50 pounds, and repetitive motions/equipment operation. Standing for extended periods and traveling between job sites as required.
Work Hours & Environment Schedule :
Part-time (up to 40 hours per week); hours vary seasonally. Occasional Saturdays and evenings as needed.

Compensation & Benefits Project-Based Pay :
Rates start at $20 per job, with opportunities to earn over $200 based on specific skillsets. Mileage and travel time are also paid.
