Now, we’re looking for someone just as enthusiastic to join our team in a hybrid role that blends front desk duties with creative social media marketing! Position Overview This is not your average front desk job. You’ll be the first face patients see when they walk in—and the creative force behind much of our social media and digital presence. Responsibilities Front Desk (Approx. 70-75%) Greet and check in patients warmly and professionally Schedule appointments and answer phones Assist with light administrative duties Help maintain a smooth daily workflow for the office Marketing & Media (Approx. 25-30%) Plan and produce short-form video content, memes, and educational posts Film and edit short videos with/for the doctor using tools like CapCut or Canva Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Assist with outreach and brand awareness in the local community What We’re Looking For Friendly and professional personality with strong communication skills Passion for wellness, health, and helping others Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends Comfortable using a smartphone for video recording and posting Basic editing skills (or willing to learn quickly) Organized, reliable, and proactive
