Role:

Charlotte Real Estate Media is growing, and we’re looking for someone local to join our team! This is a part-time, in-the-field role shooting real estate photos, video, drone, and 3D tours. No photography experience? Perfect. We’ll train you from scratch—no bad habits, no ego, just someone who’s eager to learn and grow.

What We’re Looking For:

You must live in Charlotte or within a short drive (20 mins max) You’re dependable, friendly, and professional with clients You’re comfortable learning new tech and tools You’re available during weekday mornings/afternoons (most shoots happen then) You’re coachable and open to feedback

What You’ll Be Doing:

Photographing homes for sale using our equipment and shooting process Uploading photos after the shoot Communicating clearly and professionally with real estate agents Note- this job will involve driving anywhere from 10-60 minutes each way for a shoot. Mileage will be reimbursed.

Pay:

Around $33/hr (based on package) Bonus Points (but not required): You’re interested in learning real estate video or drone work You’ve done customer service or client-facing work before
