Job Responsibilities:
Assist with
Weddings and Engagement Shoots:
Photograph weddings and engagements alongside the lead photographer.
Capture candid, posed, and detail shots as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Photo Editing:
Process, retouch, and color-correct photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
Maintain a consistent style that aligns with Pink Penguin Studios’ brand.
Client Communication:
Interact professionally with clients, vendors, and guests on shoot days.
Collaborate with the lead photographer to meet client expectations.
Equipment Management:
Ensure proper setup, care, and organization of photography gear during shoots.
Creative Input:
Brainstorm ideas to elevate our sessions and contribute to our unique vibe.
Participate in creative projects like styled shoots or content for social media.
Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum Tech School or equivalent experience in photography.
Experience:
At least 2 years of professional photography experience (wedding photography preferred).
Strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
Knowledge of DSLR and mirrorless camera systems.
Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work weekends and travel to shoot locations.
