Real Estate Photographer New View Photography, Inc. Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526 Job Overview I’m looking for a friendly, courteous person that can carry themselves in a professional manner. You will be representing, not only, my company but the realtors that we work for as well. I’ve been doing this for 16+ years in the Raleigh/Cary area and work with some of the top realtor teams. You will be using my equipment; you will be taught my technique and will be held to a high standard. I will personally teach you everything that you need to know. This job has variable hours, but we only work Mon-Fri. You must have reliable transportation of your own because you will be required to drive to the properties that you will be photographing. I do pay mileage at the government rate. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of residential and commercial properties to effectively showcase their features and appeal. Your creativity and technical skills will play a crucial role in helping clients present their listings in the best possible light, ultimately driving sales and interest. Duties Capture stunning photographs of properties, ensuring attention to detail and composition. Utilize photo manipulation techniques to enhance images while maintaining realism. Edit photos using industry-standard software, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom. Create engaging video tours of properties, utilizing videography skills and Adobe Premiere for editing. Collaborate with real estate agents to understand their vision and requirements for each shoot. Manage social media accounts by posting high-quality images and engaging content to promote listings. Qualifications Experience in photography, preferably in real estate or architectural photography. Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere. Experience in videography is a plus, with the ability to create compelling video content. Familiarity with social media management strategies to effectively promote real estate listings. Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach to service. Sales experience is beneficial for understanding client needs and enhancing client relationships.
