Real Estate Photographer/Videographer and Drone Pilot Motion City Media Toms River, NJ 08757 Motion City Media develops compelling interior and exterior photos, drone visuals, video walkthroughs, and agent branding videos to help elevate real estate marketing efforts. What we provide:

• Competitive compensation per shoot.
• Flexible scheduling based on availability. Weekdays, and weekends available. You determine when you are available to accept shoots.

What we need:

• Manage workload capacity up to 6 photo sessions/day, with potential for more based on market demands
• Drone Experience Preferred (Part 107 required)
• Meet and exceed Motion City Media quality and experience standards daily through all phases of media capture & delivery
• Represent Motion City Media standards in all client interactions
• Commitment and ability to upload gorgeous images in a timely manner to Motion City Media for client delivery (All editing is handled in house and is not the responsibility of the photographer)
• For video projects you organize clips, offer inspiration for editing, including music suggestions and review/approve the video before client delivery.
• Provide constructive feedback to support our mission & goals Requirements
• Advanced technical photography skills and proficiencies
• Experience in providing photography to clients (not necessarily real-estate centric)
• Reliable, high-speed Internet connection to upload photos
• Knowledge and commitment to understand local markets/territories
• Dependable, presentable vehicle to for field travel locations
• Professional standards of demeanor, presentations, and customer service
• Self-motivated, independent work ethic with established personal/professional accountability.
• Established recognized business insurance (as this is a 1099, independent contractor position) Professional equipment:
• full-frame SLR/DSLR/Mirrorless, range of 16-35mm lens, and tripod.

Additional lenses and gear may be required depending on which services you choose to offer.

Additional Preferred Qualifiers:

• Previous experience/Interest in creating media for real estate.
