Looking for someone to take pictures of a property Im purchasing Position Available In Erie, New York

⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Looking for someone to take pictures of a property I’m purchasing compensation: $35 I’m looking for someone to take interior & exterior pictures of a property I’m purchasing. I prefer you have experience with photography or real estate work. You must have reliable transportation and an up to date cell phone that take great pictures such as an iPhone or Samsung Galaxy. The job will require you to hold your phone in the landscape position (Sideways) when taking the pictures. Interior pictures need to include all the rooms (Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, dining room, basement, laundry area etc), I also need pictures of the pipes under all sinks, electric circuit box and if applicable pictures of the hot water tank & furnace. The exterior pictures need to include front of the house, both sides of the house, the back of the house including backyard and also a picture of the outside a/c unit if applicable. The most important picture I’ll need of the exterior is the “Money Shot” which will be a picture of the front of the house taken with you standing further back close to the street. Pictures need to be sent to me via a Google Drive link, iCloud link or Dropbox link. FYI payment will not be made if instructions are not followed.
