then this is the job for YOU! Clothes Mentor is an amazing women’s resale store. The Ecommerce Manager will lead the store’s ecommerce efforts. The schedule is flexible and the position is eligible for promotion and bonus opportunities. This position is not remote.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of the business in our Ecommerce store: posting products, updating captions, preparing for special events and ensuring that our inventory is showcased appropriately. 2. Extended accountabilities include marketing through social media channels, shipping and packing as well as related customer service communication with the use of our online platform. The online shop is an extension of our brick and mortar business and must work fluidly with our daily in-store operations.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AFTER TRAINING

ECOMMERCE MANAGER The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for all of the following ecommerce functions for the store: 1. Prepare, photograph, and upload inventory to the online site using Clothes Mentor guidelines and standards. 2. Ensure all posts have quality photographs and appropriate captions to drive sales. 3. Responsible for posting to social media to encourage online shopping 4. Lead ecommerce activities for special events, marketing and promotions. 5. Train and coach the store photography team on all online inventory-related procedures. 6. Follow up with all customer service inquiries for the website. 7. Coordinate packaging and shipping processes daily for outgoing products. 8. Advise weekly on any program materials and supplies as needed. Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS 1.

Demonstrated fashion photography skill and speed. 2. Prior ecommerce/product photography experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. 3. Planning and time management skills. 4. Attention to detail. 5. Sales and goal oriented—this position qualifies for weekly bonus. 6. Ability to work well as a team member and is customer service oriented. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 8. Sales and goal-oriented. 9. Must be computer literate.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 1.

Standing for unlimited amount of time, sometimes up to 8 hours. 2. Lifting up to 40 lbs. unassisted. 3. Bending, rotating, reaching conductive to a retail environment and to receiving, pricing and stocking merchandise.
