The ideal candidate will have a passion for capturing stunning images and telling compelling stories through visual media. This role requires a blend of technical photography skills, artistic vision, and the ability to manage social media content effectively. The Photographer will work closely with various departments to produce high-quality images for marketing, events, and other projects. Responsibilities Capture high-quality photographs for various projects including events, portraits, product shoots, and editorial content. Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. Manage social media accounts by curating and posting engaging visual content that aligns with brand messaging. Conduct post-production work including photo editing, manipulation, and retouching to enhance image quality. Provide art direction during shoots to ensure the desired aesthetic is achieved. Stay updated on photography trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and output. Assist in videography projects as needed, contributing to the creation of video content that complements photographic work. Maintain an organized archive of all images and ensure proper file management. Requirements Proven experience in photography with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles and techniques. Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies for effective content management. Knowledge of film production processes is a plus. Background in journalism or storytelling through photography is advantageous. Strong sales skills to effectively promote photography services when necessary. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
