- 800 for video We are a production company based in Los Angeles that specializes in real estate marketing videos nationwide.
We have a few video and photoshoots coming up in the Newnan, GA area and are looking for someone who specializes in both real estate photography and videography. A number of these clients will be getting video and photography done at their properties, but sometimes we have clients just getting one or the other. Here’s what you’ll need on the video side:
- DSLR, Mirrorless or other 4K video Camera
- Video tripod and Slider, Steadicam, or Gimbal
- Basic Lighting (LEDs or similar/not always necessary)

(not insurance on your gear; we can purchase for you if you don’t have)
- Drone (if you have, great, we don’t need on these particular shoots but might in the future) You will never need to edit this footage, just upload the raw material for us.
Some examples of what we’re looking for are similar in style but not exactly like this: For photography: We ask for wide shots, 5 bracketed exposures of each image, no photo merging, and no edited photos. We also require all photographers to have liability insurance. If you do not have it, we can discuss purchasing options. Our clients always select the areas at their community that they want captured. Depending on the size of the shoot, the client will either get around 60-100 proofs (once we merge the brackets) or larger projects they will get 100-120 proofs. Prior to the shoot, we send you a production packet which has all the information for the shoot such as address, property contact, call time, shotlist of the spaces the client wants captured, and property prep guide (which is a checklist more for the client, but nice for you to see and be aware of). Once we receive the photos (we send a link via dropbox to upload the RAW photos after the shoot) and review the proofs to make sure they’re to our satisfaction, we will ask for the invoice. You can expect to receive the payment within one week of us mailing the paycheck out. Our pay period operates on a bi-weekly cycle, which means the timing of your payment will depend on when your invoice was received within our pay period. Please send over your
