- Take video and/or photos of the inside and outside of the property (Bedrooms, Kitchen, Bathroom, Front of home, backyard, side of the house, living room etc)

- Check for any deficiencies with the property (check floors, roof, cracks in walls, paint etc) Photos/videos can be taken with personal phone.
