Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Photographer & Videographer with a strong creative vision and a deep understanding of social media trends to join our team as a Photographer/Videographer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality visual content for digital marketing, social platforms, and promotional campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, stay organized, and consistently deliver captivating visuals that align with our brand. You’ll work closely with our marketing and graphic design team, contributing to content strategy and helping bring our campaigns to life both in-studio and on location. This is an in-office position with the flexibility to leave for scheduled shoots, event coverage, and product features as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:

Produce engaging and visually appealing multimedia content, including videos, photos, and written posts for platforms such as social media, websites, and digital campaigns.

Video Production and Editing:

Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos tailored for marketing, social media, and internal communications. Manage the entire video production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing, ensuring timely delivery.

Photography:

Capture professional-quality images for promotional materials, product showcases, events, and social media content.

Social Media Content:

Develop and curate on-brand content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase engagement and audience interaction. Stay up to date with trends and best practices, tailoring content to maximize impact and drive engagement.

Digital Strategy and Storytelling:

Craft compelling visual narratives and stories that resonate with our target audience, contributing to enhanced brand awareness and engagement.

Content Optimization:

Ensure all multimedia content is optimized for different platforms, adhering to appropriate formats, sizes, and resolutions (social media, websites, etc.).

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and graphic designers to ensure content aligns with overall campaign goals and brand messaging.

Vehicle Sponsor Lead Support:

Assist the marketing team by identifying and reaching out to potential vehicle sponsors that align with brand goals.

Travel and On-site Production:

Occasional travel to various locations for on-site shoots, events, and product launches, ensuring content is produced to a high standard in diverse settings.

Project Management:

Manage multimedia projects from concept to completion, coordinating with stakeholders, setting timelines, and ensuring consistency across all media.

Requirements:

Proven experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio gear. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom (After Effects is a plus). Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective content requirements. Ability to tell engaging stories through both visual and written content. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel for on-site shoots and events (occasional weekends may be required). Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with the tires and/or automotive industry is highly preferred. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus. Owning your own professional-grade camera, video, and editing equipment is preferred. Equipment will only be insured during work hours. If additional tools or gear are required for specific projects, this can be discussed and considered.
