Job Description:
Develop, control, and communicate the master production plan supporting customer expectations and optimize plant operations, while fulfilling customer requirements; set up casting manufacturing program plans to ensure that our operations adhere to key production and quality assurance protocols and standards established by our company; responsible for production scheduling and analysis, capacity analysis, raw material management, and shipping and delivery management; evaluate new product specifications, customer requirements, and results of production trials and tests to support advanced product quality planning and production part approval process to help ensure timely launch of new products; support the budgeting process through forecasting and analysis; and supervise regular meetings with Production and Production Quality Department managers and engineers to discuss troubleshooting for mechanical issues and to ensure that target production and quality goal is achieved.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor or foreign equivalent degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience in production control management and logistics management in automotive parts manufacturing company.
