Senior Producer Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Producer to assist the Senior Producer in planning, organizing, and producing projects across a wide array of branding categories, including photography, audio, digital, video, and social media. You will work directly with the Senior Producer to help manage a fast-paced, high-volume slate of projects—from quick-turn photo shoots to big-budget productions involving video, photo, and social content. This position requires regular travel across the state of Arkansas, including assignments on weekends as needed. Many of our productions focus on outdoor recreation, so you must be comfortable working in remote locations and in harsh weather conditions year-round. That may include long hikes to remote shoot sites, early call times, and extended days in the heat or cold. You must be an avid multitasker with a willingness to handle any task, no matter how big or small.

Responsibilities:

Help organize and produce creative production projects across photography, audio, video, and social media. Turn scripts and storyboards into detailed production schedules supported by well-researched logistics. Coordinate directly with creative directors, art directors, vendors, clients, and account teams to meet creative goals and deadlines. Create estimates and production outlines for review with the clients. Bring creative concepts to life for big-brand marketing plans through production vendor management; talent, prop, and location procurement. Support the Senior Producer with billing, asset management, trafficking, and distribution. Manage client and team expectations; resolve issues and communicate changes clearly and professionally. Procure props and wardrobe that meet the style required for the project; coordinate props and wardrobe on-set. Build complex shoot schedules and manage crew, client, talent, and agency logistics. Ensure that all parties involved in a shoot receive accurate and up-to-date information. Manage requested changes and last-minute rescheduling. Fill in the gaps anywhere needed on production shoots. Responsibilities could include directing talent, ordering and delivering crew meals, hiking props into remote shoot locations, styling props on set, helping talent with wardrobe, coordinating client requests with production crew.

Qualifications:

Experience working in fast-paced environments managing multiple projects at once. Strong multitasking and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual sense. Outstanding communication and collaboration skills. Understanding of production timelines and budgets. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements. Willingness to travel, work weekends, and spend long days outdoors in various weather conditions.

Employment Type:

Full Time Little Rock Office (Travel Required) Weekly flex day with option for remote work on Fridays (schedule permitting)
