This role is responsible for overseeing the complete process of transforming design concepts into high-quality, visually striking structures. Specializing in retail displays, exhibitions, signage, and branded environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of production operations management expertise, millwork, and advanced fabrication skills working with various materials, including wood, composites, metal, and acrylic, with a deep understanding of visual design principles.

Responsibilities:

Interpret technical drawings and estimate fabrication time and materials Build high-quality products and develop production schedules Manage timelines considering material sourcing, fabrication, finishing, and installation Ensure adherence to specifications and standards Minimize waste and implement quality control procedures to ensure visual accuracy and durability of products Lead and coordinate a team and communicate fabrication requirements Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and manage logistics

Qualifications:

3+ years in production planning, with experience in 3D custom fabrication project management Proven ability to multitask and manage details while remaining calm under pressure Organized and efficient, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude Excellent communication and teamwork skills, receptive to feedback Hands-on fabrication experience is required
