Position Summary We are seeking a mid-level Production Manager to join our team. This position will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient workflows. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.   • Production Oversight
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the production process from start to finish.
  • Hands-on in the warehouse and on the line, working alongside the production team.
  • Manage and lead a team of warehouse personnel to ensure efficient production and workflow operations.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing partners and internal teams to ensure quality standards and timelines are met.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust plans as necessary to meet demand and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Expect to spend approximately 80% of the time on the warehouse floor and 20% at a desk to start.
  • Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and records across all production areas.
  • Implement and manage systems to track raw materials, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished goods.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management
  • Manage procurement of raw materials, components, and packaging to ensure timely availability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms to optimize cost and efficiency.
  • Production Planning & Reporting
  • Develop and manage operations KPIs and dashboards to track performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on production status, inventory levels, and procurement activity.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting for operations and production needs.
  • Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at scaling operational capacity. Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in an operations or production management role, ideally in a consumer goods or electronics environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control systems, procurement processes, and production planning.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams and vendors.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of regular duties Bonus Qualifications
